Our last ride on the Nicoya Peninsula! The first mile was one of the steepest climbs we have seen yet, but we made it to the top to find the greatest surprise yet…PAVEMENT!! We haven’t seen pavement for over a week on these treacherous dirt roads. The pavement made for a much quicker ride to Paquera where we took a ferry across the sea to Puntarenas.
